This page explains what information this website collects, why, and who else handles it. 270 Winchester Lane is a vacation rental near Bogard, Missouri, run by our family. We keep this site simple and collect as little as we can.
The short version

- You book and pay through a booking calendar run by Hospitable, the service we use to manage reservations. Card details are entered with Hospitable’s payment processor, not on this website.
Booking through the website
The calendar and booking form on our homepage are provided by Hospitable, the service we use to manage reservations. When you check dates or book, the information you enter (such as your name, contact details, travel dates and payment details) goes to Hospitable and its payment processor, not to this website.
Hospitable shares your reservation details with us so we can host your stay: for example, your name, contact information, dates and number of guests. We use them only to manage your booking and communicate with you about it.
The booking calendar loads from Hospitable’s servers, so Hospitable may receive basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) when the homepage loads. It may also use cookies to work properly. Hospitable’s handling of your information is described in the Hospitable privacy policy.
Messages and contact
If you message us through Hospitable or the booking platform, we use what you send only to answer you and to host your stay. See our contact page for how to reach us.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
How long we keep information
- Booking details: for your stay, plus as long as we need them for tax and accounting records.
Your choices
- Block cookies in your browser settings. The booking calendar may need some cookies to work.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Message us through Hospitable, as described on our contact page. Some booking records may need to be kept for business or legal reasons.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
