This place is a slice of heaven, with 360 degrees of beautiful views and 100 percent privacy. We loved how clean the place was, how comfy and soft the blankets were, and the host was very friendly.

Amazing place to disconnect from the city, noise and daily stress. We stayed there for the WC26, it is around ~1.5 hrs away from Kansas City, but it is totally worth it. Yancy is a very friendly and proactive host, responded quickly and gave solutions to all our questions. The place has a lot of space for activities, it's private and surroundings are quiet, different wildlife and you only hear nature. The house have a nice interior, was clean and well equipped.

Great get-away location! It's all true - clean, modern, stunning views! My best friend and I plan a "girls weekend" every year and this is by far our favorite Airbnb rental of the last 4 years.

It was perfect place to relax while we visited family in the area. Didn't have to worry about disturbing people with our rambunctious 7, 4, and 2 year old and they loved the place and were sad to leave. Will definitely try to come back in the future.

We loved the farmhouse for our family reunion nearby. Yancy even accommodated us with a pack n play for the baby! We appreciated the ready to use fishing gear and the grill. The kitchen was easy to navigate and stocked with adult and kid plates/cups etc. The smart TVs made it easy to log in to our own streaming apps. We will be back again next year for another family reunion!

This is the perfect little country retreat. One of the best outfitted air bnbs I've ever been to! Totally stocked kitchen, fishing poles, so many toys etc. if we ever find ourselves with a need to be in the area again we would totally stay here.

We stayed here for a 13 week traveling nurse assignment. … Beautiful peaceful mornings on the back patio drinking coffee and eating breakfast was one of our favorite. Lots of room to run and play outside. We enjoyed many nights making fires in the fire pit. Wood was provided and plentiful. … Caught several fish with provided fishing poles. Wi-Fi was excellent for my husband's remote work and gaming. … Highly recommend!! 10/10
